He has supported companies at every stage, from early growth and setup to full-scale international operations and back-office transformation.
Rohit co-founded Global Upside Corporation, a pioneer in Employer of Record (EOR) services. As former Managing Director of Global Upside’s India operations, he played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s global delivery platform. Under his leadership, Global Upside helped businesses expand into 150+ countries, setting up and managing 70+ of its own subsidiaries. His strategic vision led to the launch of the PEO model and development of Mihi, a global HRMS platform with 7000+ users before its acquisition by Safeguard Global.
As Founder and CEO of Cerity Global, he has built on a strong legacy in helping companies to hire directly, operate compliantly, and scale their international presence.

Andrew has over 40 years of global experience in International Expansion, Financial Services, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Account Management.
With a wealth of experience and a unique combination of 10 years in international M&A and audit with PwC, 13 years as a CFO, and 10+ years in International Expansion and Employer of Records Sales and Implementation, Andrew has managed numerous major global acquisition and expansion projects, coordinating operations up to 35+ countries simultaneously.
Andrew served as International Controller at Oracle, where he managed international finance operations and led the establishment of 25 international subsidiaries and helped grow international revenues from $3M to $60M within 2 years.
A former Vice President, Strategic Accounts and Sales at Safeguard Global and Global Upside, Andrew is also a PwC alumnus and has extensive knowledge and is a subject matter expert in international incorporation, registrations, payroll, human resources, benefits, accounting, tax, compliance, and EOR/PEO services.
He has supported companies at every stage from entity formation, ongoing back-office operations and post-acquisition integration.

With over four decades of experience, Vidhya is a distinguished global finance leader specializing in strategic controllership, global outsourcing, and cross-border operations. Her career includes 20+ years as a Senior Business Finance Professional, with a balanced background of revenue-focused controllership roles in the tech industry (10+ years) and significant experience at Ernst & Young and Safeguard Global (10+ years). At these firms, she led Global Outsourcing Services, supporting multinational clients expanding into more than 100 countries.
Vidhya’s background as a Director of Client Services has equipped her with a deep understanding of end-to-end service delivery, spanning accounting, statutory reporting, audit, tax, and governance. She excels in areas such as finance transformation, legal entity management, payroll, HR services, EOR, accounting, data analytics, M&A integration, carveouts, pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and ASC 606.

A recognized leader who comes with about 30 years of experience in HR and general management across diverse industries like services, manufacturing, IT/ telecom, hospitality, power, health, BPO, and export etc. Indu also has 10+ years of experience in the consulting domain, wherein she has been focusing on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH), coaching & mentoring, career transition coaching, organization development, assessment & development centers, and inspirational workshops.
Indu has successfully designed and implemented initiatives aligned with core business objectives, contributing directly to the company’s growth. Her consulting work includes HR advisory, drafting HR policy manuals, streamlining processes, and serving on interview panels as an external expert. Additionally, she has been a visiting faculty at many renowned management institutes and has written many management articles for business magazines.
